shafts special made after the problems we found with the chrome shafts.
Most chrome steering shafts very .004" to .006" in diameter. This makes them all but impossible to fit the steering shaft bearing without considerable work. We find the Stainless Steel Shafts fit the 7/8" bearings precisely and the Stainless Steel is as Shiny as the chrome but holds up better.
