 High Quality Seat runners are only 7/8" thick and have 9 1/2" of
  adjustment on Ball Bearings. ( No Slop )

  Have a heavy spring catch to keep seats in place. Bolt top to seat
  and bottom to floor and add lever for easy adjustment. Can be run
  with only one latch if desired. 

 We have also mounted our Pedal Assembly on these and found it to   work better then a lot of the cheap pedal slide assembly's.

Note: There are several different ways of installing these seat runners. We put the smaller rail with notches down and the end with pivot, toward the front of the seat (spring end to the rear) and fastened (weld) a lever to the two tabs so it comes out under the front of the seat. This keeps the adjuster lever in same location with regards to the seat. We also weaken the spring slightly. You might  come up with a better mounting method but this worked great for us. Vic.
