Question---> How do you hook up the 2 hoses to the 34PICT Dual Vacuum Distributors

Answer---> Look at the vacuum can on the side of the distributor. The hose coming from the flat side is the Retard side.   and the hose from the rounded side is for the Advance.

    Now looking at the 34PICT carburetor, the fitting on the Left side of the carb is the Advance port which hooks up to the rounded side of the vacuum can. This is the smaller 3.5mm hose.

    Then on the rear of the carb (rear of the car) find the fitting close to the top of the carb. This should be connected to the Retard port on the Flat side of the distributor vacuum can. This is the 4.5mm Green Hose.

       Note: The new H30/31PICT carburetors have the same vacuum ports as the 34PICT carbs and
                are hooked up the same as the 34PICT carbs. The original 30PICT carburetors did not
           the retard fitting.
