Note: The number of washers and the thickness of the washers under the needle & seat, sets the
float height and fuel level in the float bowl. The distance from the top of the carburetor body (gasket surface) to the surface of the fuel should be 19.5 */- 1.0mm or .767" +/- .040"
  Washers are available in .50mm (.020"), .80mm (.031"), 1.00mm (.040") and 1.50mm (.059")

  P.S. Remember the choke should be set to come on the smallest amount possible for your climate. It helps starting a cold motor but excess is not good for your engine
